All Returns and Exchanges Must be Authorized.

Exchange requests or returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail or in the Moda404 store with the original receipt within 14 business days of receipt of purchase on internet sales only (please see instructions below). Items must not have been worn or washed, and all original tags must be attached.  Sale items, sunglasses and jewelry may not be returned.  It is recommended that footwear be tried on in a clean, carpeted area.  Shoes may only be returned in new condition without scuffs or streaks. 

PLEASE NOTE: All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Please shop carefully! Returns or exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.

Instructions For Exchange or Return of Full-Price Merchandise

Moda404 does not refund shipping fees on any order.  However, free return labels are provided to all US customers. Once the return/exchange is approved, the label will be electronically generated and sent to the email address associated with the order within 48 hours of the RA request. Only one return label will be issued per order.  When the return merchandise is received by Moda404, you will receive a refund via Paypal within 5 to 7 business days.  If you are exchanging merchandise, the new order will be processed and sent out within 5 to 7 business days.
