Domestic Returns

Moda404 offers all customers the opportunity to return their purchase of full price merchandise within 7 days from the delivery date for a full refund on website orders only . please contact customerservice@moda404.com .

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

After the 7th day from the delivery date, returns will receive a store credit. no exceptions. Customer is responsible for shipping a return and any fees that may apply. We recommend keeping a record of your tracking information. Moda404 will not have any tracking information for returns. All returns must be unworn and have all tags attached (original tag and any Moda404 tags). Returns without tags, worn or damaged by customer will not be accepted and shipped back to sender. Upon arrival, returns will be inspected and approved for refund. please allow refunds 3-7 days to be processed. refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your statement.

*Moda404 is not responsible for return packages improperly addressed. This will cause a delay in refund.

*Shipping charges are non refundable.

International Returns

Customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customers fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service. Moda404 has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the US.
